Shipping Times

Shipping time on stock Ashley London products will be within five working days from the date of your approved order. Delivery times for large orders will be advised by your dealer sales representative.  Please inspect all products immediately upon receipt of your order.  Any damage must be noted on your carrier’s waybill. It is your responsibility to file any damage claims with your carrier and to retain all merchandise and packaging for inspection by the carrier.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellation of stock Ashley London product orders is permitted within a 24 hour time frame from receipt of placed order. A 20% fee will be charged for any orders cancelled after 24 hours.  Authorization must be obtained from Ashley London before shipping.  All returned stock goods must be in “as shipped” condition and are subject to warehouse inspection, before any credit may be issued.  No product can be returned after 90 days from the date of the original invoice.

Fire-Rated Option

As is the case with wood materials, standard Ashley London products when exposed to open flame are combustible. For a fire-rated option, please contact your dealer’s customer service for more information and pricing.
